At Designs by Tangsley, all items are handmade to order in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.

Shipping Within Canada

We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking and insurance.
Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days depending on your location.

Shipping to the United States

We ship using Canada Post Tracked Packet – USA, which includes tracking.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, not including customs delays.

Shipping Costs

Flat rate shipping is $15CAD across Canada and the USA. (We cover any overages!) We offer free shipping over $100CAD.

Order Processing Time

Every product is made to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for us to create and package your order before it is shipped.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (USA Orders)

For shipments to the United States, your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.

Delays or Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been handed to Canada Post. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal service first as they should have GPS coordinates logged for each package. We are always happy to help if they cannot!
