At Designs by Tangsley, every item is handmade with care in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. We want you to be happy with your order and will be happy to accept returns and/or refund when applicable.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at designsbytangsley@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We will happily offer a replacement if the damage is confirmed.


🔄 Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, let us know within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and/or personalized nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom orders with names, monograms, or personalized text

  • Sale items or clearance products

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Any item not in its original condition


Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs (especially for orders shipped to the USA). If an order is lost in transit, we’ll do our best to help resolve it — but we are not liable for postal delays once the item has shipped.
